Production Process

4. Melting: The temperature is further increased to 800°C–900°C, causing the glass to soften and melt. During this stage, the glass flows and fills the details of the mold, taking on the designed shape.
5. Kuongeza: After melting, the glass is slowly cooled to room temperature. Annealing is a critical step to eliminate internal stress and prevent cracking or deformation. This process can take several hours or even days, depending on the thickness and size of the glass.
6. Cold Working: Once annealing is complete, the piece is removed and undergoes finishing processes such as grinding and polishing to enhance its aesthetics and safety.
