Production Process

  3. Preheating: The assembled glass and mold are placed in a kiln and gradually heated to around 600°C to relieve internal stress in the glass and prevent cracking.
  4. Melting: The temperature is further increased to 800°C900°C, causing the glass to soften and melt. During this stage, the glass flows and fills the details of the mold, taking on the designed shape.
